What can Digital Impact do for you?
Implementing the GDPR involves a number of steps. At the moment it is not possible to go into customers' specific situations or questions in depth. It is important that the customer supplies us with a privacy statement that we can put on the website. Once we have received the privacy statement, the steps are as follows:
- Adjusting the cookie notice;
- Adjusting the Google Analytics configuration;
- Recording consent for the privacy statement on (contact/registration) forms;
- Concluding a processor agreement.
For the processor agreement we offer 2 options:
- The Extended SLA, under which you receive more service and support from Digital Impact, including with regard to the GDPR. You can find all the information about our SLA here.
A few advantages of the Extended SLA are:
- 24/7 support from Digital Impact;
- Security reporting;
- A higher backup frequency;
- A processor agreement is agreed between both parties, with a one-off fee charged for making the changes. Any future work relating to processing, changing or deleting personal data is invoiced afterwards at the regular rate. In this case the customer is also responsible for indicating when Digital Impact should delete data.
What other support does Digital Impact offer?
Besides the points above, we can offer you further support in implementing and carrying out the General Data Protection Regulation, but you will have to schedule a separate appointment for that. We are not able to discuss specific cases by phone.
