CMS modules (explained)

Modules are the building blocks of your website. Every website has a number of standard parts, but for specific features extra ‘modules’ are added. Think of a blog, a newsletter or a webshop.

In principle you can add an unlimited number of modules to your domain. Several standard modules are available, and it is also possible to have completely new, bespoke modules developed if your requirements call for it.

A few commonly used modules are:

  • Articles module → For managing news items and blog posts.
  • Newsletter module → For composing and sending newsletters to your audience.
  • Webshop module → For developing a webshop, fully tailored to your specific wishes and needs.
